“I work at Starbucks since the day (February 2014) this place opened on campus. Mainly for two reasons. First of all, I need to save money to start my own business. I want an organic lunchroom with sandwiches, soups and salads on the menu. I’ve already spotted a nice location at the end of the Hoogstraat in Rotterdam. But I figured, to run a lunchroom you have to know something about coffee, right? And before I came to work here I hardly knew anything about coffee – I actually thought it was really disgusting. So that’s reason number two!
Meanwhile, I got to know coffee. I even learned to appreciate it a tiny little bit. So things will work out well!”
